Weirdest Mispack

What's the weirdest mispack you've had?

I recently got Elquin at my FLGS. However, instead of his right arm, it has the head from the Oriental Dragon. I don't intend to ask them to fix it, since I've already got some ideas for conversions. But it did make me think, what other weird mispacks have people encountered over the years? Reaper's generally really good about quality control, but they also sell thousands of minis a year, so there are bound to be a few mistakes along the way. What about other manufacturers?

I bought an armless Wolfen Guy (somewhere in the 14xxx Number range) from a brick/mortar store because I knew I was going to paintday at the factory and I could get the arm then.

Not all that weird.

.

.

But sure enough they got me the arm.

I had a figure arrive in blister with cat hairs in it. In the figure. Embedded  in the metal and sticking out. I would have expected the hot metal to burn it off, but it wasn't. Poor guy needed a shave before I could paint him.

RAFM mislabels nearly everything I order from them, but I get the right figures.

Outside of a dragon with two left arms, I've never had anything mis-packed from Reaper.

Other places, I've only ever had one or two.

I dunno if this even counts as a mispack since it was so bizarre, but I fished a WH40K figure out of a bargain bin once... The label on the blister said it was a Space Marine.

I'm not into Wh40K at all, but even I could tell there was at least one Tyranid part in there - in fact, as near as I was able to determine the blister contained pieces of four different figures.

Still haven't managed to wrap my head around that one, unless maybe somebody ordered a bunch of bits and they stuffed them all into a blister for shipping... But then how did it end up getting sent to the store in one of their regular orders?

This happened to me too! It made me smile, though, because I saw it as Mama-san kitty saying hi.

I've had a few of these too.  I was amused.

1. Over on the "Don't Tell Me" thread, I noted a Star Trek Away Team booster that came with a Dr. McCoy figure... that identified him as a Klingon Captain on the base.

2. I once bought a Reaper Bones Dragon Turtle with two right arms. Thing is, I bought him on PURPOSE, because the FLGS had discounted him to, like, a buck, and for that price, I could rework the arm and make it work. I did, too. Now I need to get around to painting him.
