I guess it is back to me again.  I must say that 2 years ago when I first started this thread I never expected it to last this long.  I hope I can come up with some good ones for you.

The obligatory rules posting:

1. Every day, or so (unless I am out or ill or something) I will post a question.

1.5. If I fail to post a question, Inara will post a question of her own choice.
2. In theory there is a 24 hour span to answer that question before the next question is posted.
2.5. (Rule 2 is the most frequently ignored rule.)
3. Questions are going to be posted between 4AM and 6AM GMT (London time). (Ie. Around Midnight EST)
3.5 (Rule 3 may be the 2nd most broken rule.)
4. Everyone is encouraged to suggest future questions to be posted via PM to me.
5. You do not have to answer every question to play...
6. If a question is TMI or N/A simply wait for the next question.. ..or post that you decline to answer (clues regarding why are always fun).
7. Weekend questions may take the form of two or three day challenges, often starting on Fridays.

I intend to post questions by 9:00 am CST, weekdays.  I'm not sure how I'll handle weekends yet as I tend not to be online on weekends.

I'll post the first question in a few minutes.

Andy

Do you read any web-comics?  If so, which ones and why do you like them (please provide links if they are SFW and do not have commerce issues)?

Not yet, but I will check out the links Folks post.

NSFW - Oglaf is the only one I frequently look at.

I have read a few others thanks to the thread about web-comics on this forum.

The webcomics I read more-or-less daily (or as they update):

  • Atomic Robo
  • Blindsprings
  • Cucumber Quest
  • Gunnerkrigg Court
  • Love Not Found
  • Questionable Content
  • Sluggy Freelance
  • xkcd

I would read Dresden Codak regularly but the update schedule is erratic, so I check for updates as I remember.  Which I'll now have to do tonight.

I keep meaning to read Girl Genius regularly but it still hasn't entered my routine yet.

Webcomics that are no longer running that I still go back and read:

  • 1/0
  • Bunny Comic
  • Triangle And Robert

Webcomics that have been recommended to me that I haven't read: (partial list)

  • Always Human
  • Namesake

If I remember, I'll come back and add links later since I'm at work now.

We have a thread where I answered this, but it was a couple of years ago.  my current list is:

Something Positive

Questionable Content

Girl Genius

Menage 3 (NSFW)

Order of the Stick

Oglaf (NSFW)

I've got a list of about 20 others in my bookmarks at home, but they have either ended, or I stopped reading for one reason or the other (usually because I went underway for a few months and never bothered catching up).

Crossed wires - near future comic about hacking, The author lists it as 18+ though I'm not totally sure why

oglaf - others have listed it, sometimes very nsfw, sometimes not, frequently the really good ones are sfw

can't think of any others I currently read

Only Girl Genius. (And heartfelt thanks to TheAuldGrump for introducing me to her.)

I try to follow Oglaf, but it's been awhile since I've read that one. There is a mouse survival series called Scurry that I've read that had a Kickstarter to put the series into publication. I try not to read much of that one as I want the books.
