A couple Bones figures, a Reaper Con pass and a sprue that I hacked up but didn't take the actual pieces from (except that one hand).

Please let me know if thats too much.  I had hoped to get this mailed out tomorrow but I had to sign up for an online engineering class through the community college to figure out how to pack the rest of the stuff back in the box.

Not really I just ran out of packing tape so I will pick some up tomorrow and mail it out to @Thes Hunter on Friday.

Like everyone else already said, you don't have anything to worry about. As long as you put in roughly the same amount of stuff, you're good to go!:winkthumbs:

So...  I kind of took out the heroclix bag. I saved it so I could add back to the box next go round if there is room.

No worries. :winkthumbs:

Box received from @Pingo this afternoon.

So much goodness - so many decisions.

I will put pics up as soon as I figure out how to get them off my flip-phone.

Which may not happen until first part of week as I have out of town family obligations this weekend.

I thought he could be Reaper, and he is.

That is 1412 Wizard of Faith, Hurricane Relief Miniature from 2005.  He is listed as discontinued and out of stock at Miniature Giant.  I couldn't find him listed in the Reaper store or Figure Finder.  I wonder if he would be available for casting at ReaperCon.  I've read that they cast some figures at RC that are otherwise not available.

I got a full mold-worth of zombie mouselings so anything is possible. Thou WofF was made for Katrina relief? It's been awhile since I've seen that one.

They'll cast up anything they still have viable molds for... Whether or not they can still find those molds is a different story. A limited edition figure that they never intended to cast again like that guy is a bit of a long shot.

I think if the edition was for charity Reaper does not cast new versions.

They did an elephant-man for, I believe, the Indian Ocean Tsunami relief which they never re-released.

Getting ready to box up and ship out the Gaming Dog!  Quick question:

As I mentioned above, the box which arrived at my house was looking very "well-loved," so I got a new flat-rate box.  However, I was working from memory while at the P.O., and got a Large Flat Rate box (the original is a Medium).  Is this an issue?  Should I go back and get a Medium before sending out?

Pictures of my treasures to follow.  :)

Large box is going to cost more for everyone down the line so I would stick with Medium.

Yup, exactly what Hungerfan just said.

You'll take my life, but I'll take yours too
You'll fire your musket, but I'll run you through
So when you're waiting for the next attack
You'd better stand, there's no turning back

I'm going to be building/converting/sculpting my own copy of Eddie from this artwork. I'm just going to do the central figure, not the battlefield around him.

For those who don't know, the song 'The Trooper' is based on the Charge of the Light Brigade, an action during the Battle of Balaclava during the Crimean War.

So, before I get started, a question:

The artist who did this piece (Derek Riggs) applied a little creative license to the flag that Eddie is carrying. It is not historically accurate to the best of my knowledge and research. If you know differently, please enlighten me.

When I get to that point, do I try to recreate the flag as seen in the artwork, or go with something a little more accurate? Or is that a detail that most people will not notice?

Here's 2 beetle swarms that I knocked out pretty quick this weekend.

One basic brown, and the other with a more metallic look to them.

Let me know what you think.

I finished Mason Thornwarden a little earlier today. He's painted up to a (hopefully) decent tabletop standard. I've been reading a lot about Rangers of Shadowdeep on various blogs all over the internet; I can neither confirm nor deny that is what may have led to his selection for the paintbrush.

Let me know what you think of him, please.

I just finished painting this figure yesterday. It's from the old Grenadier boxed set 'Fighting Men' #2005. Not really a whole lot to say about him, I spent about 3 hours painting him to a good tabletop level. I got a little burned out on painting for a while, feeling like I had to paint everything to a competition level. Well, sometimes it's just fun to slap some paint on a figure in a few hours just to take your mind off of other things. I had just forgotten that somewhere along the way.

Anyhow, here he is, let me know what you think.

I finally managed to climb back on the painting horse. I painted this vampire to my usual tabletop standard. He'll be the leader for a Mordheim/Frostgrave/random skirmish game warband.
