I'm making a small piece of terrain to go with this army.

Actually I would like to make a lot of cool terrain for this.

So:

Reaper Bones Graveyard Set Pieces.

Minimonsters Miniatures Crypt

Ral Partha  Reaper  Rising Undead ( Thx @Mad Jack)

Mantic Movement Tray.

Thx guys!

I have another one of these crypts with a different roof and a lot of stuff left from the Reaper set and some other companies.

There will be a lot of eerie terrain in the future and I will also complement bases with that stuff.

I will probably add some raven or rats too.

I'm thinking of adding insects as well.

I'm in doubt about adding a proper mini to this, a Necromancer or Vampire perhaps?

I will buy some more stuff like this, Tabletop World has a nice Crypt and tombstones set.

Eventhough I don't like much Warhammer Stuff these days, I do like the old stuff and they have this great set Garden of Morr.

Also Minimonsters has a slightly larger crypt as well.

I think this army will be rising from a large graveyard and they will be taking over a city, so I can paint plenty of buildings and terrain for them.

Of course THIS started it all.

And that will certainly be part of it all.

I ordered stuff from Greenstuffworld, it will arrive in a few weeks.

Some natural leaves, a set of 48 Gravestones  and two sets of Crunch Plates.

You can use them whole or cut them up to make bases with or put a few pieces on a base.

The set I ordered looks like this:

An example on bases:

One thing for future consideration, try to avoid placing your buildings with the walls running parallel to the edges of the base.

It gives the piece a stiff look & makes it too easy for the viewer to figure out the size of the piece.

Ooooooooh, somehow I'd never seen those crunch plates before.  So adding some to my next order thanks for mentioning them!

Also, a few weeks?  My GSW orders take a week to get here, I'm guessing a different post is used to ship within Europe?

Thank you Al!

The next one will be placed a bit out of centre then.

I have chosen the cheapest shipping option which is between 10 and 20 days, since I'm not in a hurry.

If I spend more on shipping I could have it next week.

Those Crunch plates are new, they have three different ones.

This one, skulls and Stacked skulls.

Ahhhhh.  I guess I get lucky, because every time the cheapest for me was Registered Mail Urgent to Canada ^_^

And as for the crunch plates, yeah, I suspect I might be picking up a few in the "soonish" timeframe...  Can't wait to see what you do with them!

They have some interesting new rollers too o_O
