For my part, I'm finding Black Rose Wars much more intriguing as a game.  And Legends of Signum is pulling at me hard....

My cousin who backed this informed me that individual minis aren't available to add on extras of through the pledge manager, which sucks as there were a few gems hidden in there.

Certain sets of minis are available 

so I'll be getting these two sets through my cousins pledge.

not-Ford Harrison, not-Tina Turner, and not-Lawrence Fishburn (sp) have been pulled. Speculation on Dakka is that Warner is behind it.

If that's the case, I'm only surprised they weren't forced to remove Roy Baty/Rutger Hauer too.  His character is even described as a clone soldier and looks exactly like Hauer in Blade Runner.  That's not really tribute/homage.  It's just copying someone else's idea because it was successful.

I pledged $1 and never messed with the PM. Any idea if I would still get the game if I filled out the PM? It lets me.

You should be able to.  CMON typically opens the pledge manager to everybody - even $1 backers.

Yeah, you can up your pledge until way after the project ends. I've tossed a dollar on a few of their projects just in case I decide later that I want it. The first CMON project I backed was Zombicide: Black Plague, I backed for $1 and only upped my pledge eight months later after seeing initial reviews (the first wave had shipped 2 months earlier).
