I think she would be lovely as a young "Lady" or minor "Nobility" figure.  Use brighter colors and do a few lines of metallic freehand on her gown and I could quite easily see her as a lady of the court in her day to day clothes, even a younger princess who doesn't have to dress formally.

And if the boob is too much, a little bit of putty will fix that tout suite

It would take about ten minutes to turn her outfit into a Medieval-style dress by filling in cloth over the bare shoulders to connect the sleeves to the shoulder straps and to sculpt a slightly more demure neckline on the dress to cover the cleavage.

If you made a cut in the neck above her left shoulder, you could straighten the head out a bit more to look less sexual.

I think you guys have a rather distorted idea of just how revealing noblewomen's gowns could be.

And that is without going into Eleanor of Aquitaine....

By the time of the Regency, on the other hand.... Some of the most extreme gowns had a plunging neckline that exposed the naval....

It reminds me of a modern evening gown. The US may not have "nobles" exactly, but there are wealthy folks who spend a lot on a fancy dress for formal events.... so effectively, nobles.

From googling "evening gowns"
