Ah, but when you bring cheese and pasta together...unstoppable!

If it's sticking to stuff, sure, but you're going to want sauce and maybe meat if you're going for an epic plate of deliciousness... :p

Fail. That’s not gonna happen.

That said, I’m not a fan of Mac-N-Cheese, so that won’t happen either.

Since the Lasagna is a fail for you that means More For The Rest of Us.

So I'm sorta stuck in a hotel room halfway between home and the kids house.

This has happened because Mama has a convention this week before we go see the kids.

I planned for the week by digging out my Dragons of Ashardalon game, with the intentioin being to prep and paint all the game pieces.

Somehow I didn't pack my stack case with all my modeling tools necessary for prepping minis.

Not to be detered I found a local Harbor Freight, where I acquired a cheap set of hobby knives [$3.99], a similar set of needle files [$3.99], and a pack of assorted grit sandpapers [$3.99].  I also threw in a couple of $0.49 snap blade knives because they are handy for multiple jobs.

So for less than $15 I was back in business.

The "interesting" problem has being prepping the WoTC plastic minis for priming and painting.  The combination of mold releases and the plastic used have made it necessary to use a multi step cleaning process, starting with Simple Green and a toothbrush and ending with lighter fluid and a toothbrush.  This has got me to the point where Stynlrez will stick but not provide complete coverage without a second priming coat.  The second coat gets me to the point where I have a suitable surface for a base coat.

I have paper bowls full of minis all over the room, with Ashardalon keeping watch over the entire room from a place next to the TV [which is Comcast and has only served to depress my already low opinion of their company].  Fortunately the internet is reliable with a decent wifi signal in our room so I can have music and videos thru my tablet, as well as communication with the real world of these forums.

Now to convince the wife that we must have Italian for dinner.

Ugh. C++ variables and the Arduino compiler are confounding me.  I'm pretty sure the problem is I need to change my variable type, but I don't understand why the program is acting the way it does.

ETA: Yes! I was right, but I still don't see why the program and circuit were behaving the way they were.

Doing this project has given me a greater appreciation for you coders out there.
