DSM8013, Fox Dual Wield Warrior

Good day everyone! Here is DSM8013, Fox Dial Wield Warrior. This 28mm pewter model was sculpted by Dave Summers for Dark Sword Miniatures, Critter Kingdoms - Anthropomorphic Animals. I painted that one as a cunning grey fox and while painting it, I was greatly inspired by Boromir's garments colors.

These anthro sculpts have so much character!

You have been doing such a great job of bringing them to life, yet all your foxes look distinct.

I, too, like the color scheme you ended up with here.

Thanks for all you comments everyone. I'm very happy you like it. I'm also happy how it looks but still, looking back at the pictures and being my how self-critic, I see some point I must adjust. I will retouch little things like the edge of its coat. I think, the corner of the front lower right side of its coat souldn't be so shinny. It's just a little thing but it tickles my eyes.

It looks amazing! Almost like a painting! This technique you used to make it look cartoonish (that's not the right word BTW), almost like an oil painting of sorts, what's it called? I find it magnificent, really adds a lot of character to the mini.

Thank you for your comment @DankDungeonMaster. I'm sometimes told my minis looks like cartoon and I take it as a compliment since I paint these Critters to bring happiness and joy in the eyes of the beholder. I'm not aware if there's a name for this style of painting, maybe it's the high contrast that help creating this effect. I'm glad you like it.
