Well done!

This is a good look for him!

That arrow symbol he's holding, he gives off the vibe: Heaven is that way! Shall I send you there with my hammer, infidel?

He's just trying to serve the faithful I'm guessing. The best thing about the arrow is it's flexible. If you point it down, guess where you're going!

Great job, especially on the cloak and face!

And +1 to you for painting another HackMaster figure. I used to play HackMaster 4e and loved it. I'm glad to see Partha rescue these cool figs. Do you happen to have their female dwarf, the one with the beard?

I most certainly do! Here she is:

I've been trying to go through all the Hackmaster player characters I have gotten a hold of and getting them painted up.  After I run out of them, I'll start working on their monsters!

I really have been enjoying painting these!  I really like Jim Johnson's and Bob Olley's sculpting styles!

Since i didn't have my paints with me while on break, i was hungry to get back to it.  I guess i wasn't as full of turkey and stuffing as i thought.

As I'm posting this, i saw on his left leg that he's got an unpainted seal.  Dang it!

I made the bands on the blade smaller.
      Added more metal details.
      Added more accent color.
Tested two new paint color (silver grey, red. And German Grey). Each did great.

His backpack gave me some trouble.  I was gluing it on, but the post didn't push in and then it broke off.  Ended up doing some surgery back the but it's on.

      Hello to all you Reaperthalians!

Here's another figure I just got done with, Shara Darksteel, a Ral Partha/Iron Wind Metals figure.    I really like her skull mask, and tried to give her some darker slightly Gothy colors, without making her just black, and her robe ended up looking more or less like a monk's robe.

my settings that I use seem to tamp down the color of these figures, her hair is much more vibrant and the features on her bolts are a lot more red.

I used bright skin as her base color, which was a color I hadn't used in quite a while so that was nice to do something different.

I wish I knew who the sculptor was for this miniature, but not quite sure. Might have to hunt her down in the Lost Mini Wiki.

So anyhoos, more to come as long as breath flows from my body and my hands don't shake!

Hope everybody had a nice Turkey Day!

      Hello all you Reapertoniks!

Here's a few more Partha classics, three more elves sculpted by Tom Meier in around 1976-1977, a musician that belongs I think to a command group, the commander with that command group, and a female elf that I think came separately?

Used the same color schemes I had for my earlier elves, hope you enjoy!

So, i don't know if this is okay or not, but i wanted to share them.  I had never painted any warhammer stuff.  Both because of the cost and the fear of getting caught up in that universe.  Well... it started.

I bought my first set of intercessors back in January, but never touched them because i just didn't feel able to take them on.  There's some amazing painters who do these and i always felt inadequate.  Gotta start somewhere though.  I started watching a ton of videos on them and put some ideas together.

Here's my first ever 5 painted.  I tried to test two paint schemes green and blue. I think they both came out great.

having never got into these before, i now see the reason people like these so much.  Very fun but very time consuming.

      Would love your feedback.

      Hello Reapervites!
So here are three more Wood Elf figures, been working on a group of these and getting them finished little by little.

With them all, want them to be kind of the same but a little bit of variety, so tried to vary clothing colors and hair colors, but keeping it all in natural and autumn colors, browns, greens and oranges/yellows.  So anyhoos, here are three more:

Tried to some freehand that would tie in on the shield and banner.  My freehand is sometimes not the greatest, but oh well, give me something to want to learn better!

      So enjoy!
