Working on my Display case

Recommended Posts

You should be VERY PROUD of your mini's, and equally proud of how you

have fitted that display case to show your prides and Joy's to your public.

Looks so good !!!!

Be proud and show them off for all they are worth.

I'm VERY impressed !!!

WELL Done !

Ok ... you posted on a public forum so your open game ... and I got a shotgun ...

A is for Awsome ... show that skill off, and in a big way !

B is for because ... we all can't but wish we could, space ,  cash , time , talents ... whatever the reason , this form of art dose not get shown off enough (go look at you local small museum and ask yourself if you could add something better than you see, odds are you can)

C is for Cuz I had that forgoten realms module as well as a load more ... mine got sold off to help save my brothers house (along with a metric ton od figures) That kind of history needs some saving !

That's really cool; good job!

Also, a very good way of staying involved in hobbying. :winkthumbs:  If you can't beat the brain weasels with a full frontal assault, ambush the little smurfers!

That does look like a FINE way to display an impressive collection of BEAUTIFULLY crafted creations. OUTSTANDING WORK!

So I decided to paint this gur next, but as I have Hair, I wanted him to as well, as he may end up as my PC...(Sculpting here)
So after the GS dried, Primed with Stynylrez Black prime.
GW Scorched Brown in his eyes, Reaper Linen white, WC One Coat Blue, then SC 75 Arabic Shade overall.

      Thanks for Looking!

So at Reapercon 2018, I scored the Duskwarden poster of Thregan Helmsplitter for my work at the auction, and of course, being the Duskwarden*, I have a couple of the minis as well.

So I was thinking of using him as my next PC, but as I have hair, I wanted my mini to also...
While working on another project with GS, as usual, I made to much, and decided to bite the bullet and do his hair...
      What do you think?

      Comments appreciated!

Just to try and get some mojo going, I decided to start these guys too...
Since I used to thrive on having multiple projects going at one time....
      Derro Captain & Sorcerer

and their troops, Derro Warriors (3)
      all Reaper minis

Another group that has sat primed on the shelf of shame for a while...
      Reaper Linen White for eyes
SC 75 Brown Grey for the skin...
(I am stealing my old formula for skin that I used on my Reaper Duergar

early days again, but stay tuned....

Painting this guy up for ex's husband for their new campaign...
Again, nothing much yet, but gotta keep track of colors....

He's been sitting on the shelf of shame for a while, and the skin was done with GW Tanned flash, but I am going over that with SC 75 Arabic Shadow..

eyes had been done at some point, so exact colors unknown...

check back another time to see progress....
