Awesome, you did an amazing work on these. I didn't follow the WIP so it's a great surprise for me to see this stunning piece.

The color are really vivid and the eyes are truly beautiful. Congrats!

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it.  The figure turned out to be more than just a quick game piece like I had planned originally.

Haha. I didn't realize you REALLY took my suggestion^^. That's quite cool. And you did an awesome work on those two. Colours are great and the paintjob is wonderfully executed.

They make a perfect pair.

Thanks for sharing!

They do make a DELIGHTFULLY whimsical pair. Your brushwork & basing are of a level that can be achieved by most of us only in our dreams.

I love the white spots you did on Spire's cap...very realistic. OUTSTANDINGLY WELL DONE!

Really expressive faces, like this a lot.

Thanks, I started to notice how you paint the eyes help a lot with this.  More experiment might be needed.

Thanks for those kind words and the whimsical mushrooms.  I have an idea for the others as well. Soon.

Thanks and I agree about composition especially in such a tiny medium.

So I finished this miniature. Video will be uploaded once I edit it.

This isn't finished yet but I wanted to go ahead and get the post up on here. This is the Crimson Herald, a Reaper Bones Black figure.

I didn't have a color scheme going into this big bad boy.  Sadly the photos REALLY don't do it justice and I do have a video I am getting ready to post to youtube.

      This whole thing was like a Bob Ross Saved it moment for me. I grabbed paint throwing all caution to the wind and was like "ITTTTSSSSS FIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNEEEEEE" {its fine}
      Spoiler. It wasn't fine.

So I painted the body With Citadel Hex Wraith Flame. The entire time after i was just like "oh god... what have i done! its a lime green wraith thing...."

Luckily I had a bottle of Citadel Technical paint "Soulstone Blue" which weirdly enough I realized "i used technical paint... which doesn't dry normally very thick... and my solution is to use MORE paint that doesn't dry thick to make a thick paint? am i mad?!" Answer yes, but the photographs show im not without some merit to my madness.

So this is my take at painting Na'Kaat
My firend uses this mini as a pc in our dnd campaign. The axe that comes with the mini felt too small to her so I swapped it with the two handed axe from 03197: Thelgar Halfblood, Half Orc Barbarian.

All in all this was one was nice to paint and is really nice to look at after  Hope you like it too!

Though technically not part of the town themed figures, I tapped him for the captain of the guard. I did him relatively quickly.

I'm trying to complete all the town related figures from the Bones 4 core set with the same colour palette. I took my inspiration from the Whiterun guards in Skyrim. This pair of guards is also available in metal.

Painted up these 8 unrelated barbarians as a clan for my Wrath of the Righteous campaign. Tried my hand at non-metallic metal again. This is the result. :)
