When you get the chance, @Reaper Ron, could you see what’s up with the “My schedules” page? The one I have for myself and the wife has “Registration Count” at 4 for one class, zero or 1 for the others, along with 1 4-day pass for me, but 3 for her.

think that’s all inconsequential, but just worried me that it shows up so screwy. The tickets that I can get the 2d barcode for all seem right.

I wondered about this as well: the "Registration Count" for some of my classes is 0, and for others it's 1. And for my ReaperCon admission, it's 8. Does this mean anything?

The different "schedule" screens at the GrowTix website are confusing. There's this one, which has the weird Registration Count and doesn't show one of the classes I paid for: https://purchase.growtix.com/my_schedules (you can find this one from the drop-down menu at the top of the GrowTix website)

But then there's this other one, which does show all my classes:

https://purchase.growtix.com/schedules/user_view/[your personal code goes here] (this one is harder to find: use the GrowTix drop-down menu and select My Orders, then click on the original ReaperCon admission order, then click View Schedule. I've noticed that if you instead click on the orders for the classes, the View Schedule on those orders isn't complete.)

I had to reshuffle some classes, but I have most of what I want.

Bones Mashup

Expressive Faces - D. Schubert

Total Metal!!! - A Complete NMM Bootcamp (Markon)

Build a Scene - Scarecrow (B. Ridolfi)

Painting Flesh -- Pushing Paint (M. Klieman)

Could not get my first choice for a Sunday class, perhaps ill spend the day practicing, talking with artists, or trying for the same day tickets.

I even have enough time to run a 13th Age game on Friday evening.

Apparently not. In my case, button happy. Otherwise working as intended, it seems. As long as the “view order” shows up right, everything should be good.

I've asked our Growtix rep about the multiple schedule things. I'm not sure what that is either, but if you got a receipt for class tickets, you're in.

Thank you for your help via email with the refund for a class I scheduled twice. I  assumed I might hear back from Reaper sometime next week during business hours, but I was surprised to receive your message late on a Friday night--that's amazing customer service!

Well, I didn't get all the classes I was hoping for but I'm pretty excited about the ones I did get into!

Reaper U: NMM  (Jennifer Grinwald)

Reaper U: Sculpting Details (Julie Guthrie and Bob Rodolfi)

Reaper U: Diorama building tips (Bob Rodolfi)

Ooh, Sculpting Details wouldn't happen to be on Thursday, would it? That's the day I'm taking it.

I'm pretty sure I'm registered for a couple classes. At least, I paid for a couple. Wow, the Growtix interface is terrible. It was not easy finding the area to purchase "pre-registered" classes. I also can't find an easy-to-view schedule of classes paid for/registered. It's especially hard for classes offered on multiple days since the only thing I can find is a list of class names (but not dates and times).

There's an excellent view that shows your entire schedule broken down by day.

To find it:

  1. Use the GrowTix drop-down menu and select My Orders
  2. Click View Order for the original ReaperCon admission order
  3. Click View Schedule

(I've noticed that if you instead click on the orders for the classes rather than the order for the ReaperCon admission ticket, the View Schedule on those orders isn't complete.)

This schedule will look like this:

The URL for this complete schedule will be in this format: https://purchase.growtix.com/schedules/user_view/[your personal code goes here]

I get what seej is saying, though. While that is a nice, informative schedule layout, it has no correlation with what classes have been actually paid for. I added both of the classes I'm teaching and a class I'm considering to my schedule, so now all 3 show up with my other registered classes even though I didn't pay for them.

I need to either look at each of my separate orders to see which classes I bought, or check all 4 of the emails I got (I didn't buy all of my classes at once) to know which ones I bought. To make my life easier, I made a little schedule spreadsheet of what classes I have each day with room and instructor info, etc. but it would be nice if there was a way to print (or at least view) my actual schedule on the Growtix site.

Huzzah!
