where ar eyou all checking out at.  I just see the schedule and that I have registered.  It's not giving me an option to purchase anything.

I had to click the Purchase Add-ons button, and select the quantity of tickets for each class.

Wasn't very intuitive.

I'm going to try for the Total Metal one at least; my goal for this Reapercon was to finally learn NMM.   Well, here's what I did manage to get into: Glazing: When, Why, and How (A. Pie

Getting things ready for tickets to go live tomorrow. And ya'll know this is going to happen: classes that you've registered for are going to sell out before you get a chance to purchase tickets.

There are speed painting contests.  And talking to the artists.  And shopping.  And tours of the factory.  And candy. And cookies. Hopefully cookies. There were cookies last year and I'm really lookin

When you go to schedule, there should be a "Purchase Add-Ons" next to your registered classes.

One of my classes - Painting Scars & Wounds - doesn't seem to have that, so maybe you're experiencing a similar issue?

Are the classes you guys purchased showing up as a purchased product.  Cause mine aren't

When I clicked the Purchase Add On button it took me to a page that listed all i had scheduled (so i could have scheduled every class so it showed up here) but then i had to go through and select qty for each before i continued to the payment info.  Once I did that and clicked submit it told me i was done and i got the email with Schedule Registration Information QRCode...and my bank sent me an alert that a hefty purchase had been made.

I have made two attempts to purchase.  Seems to take my credit card, but purchase shows up nowhere.

Well, one of the two just showed up.

As in: You just received a receipt?

When I go to the purchase page, it does not show any of my previous purchases.  I'm actually not sure where to see the classes I've actually registered for other than in my email.

Those of us who order classes in more than one session will need to remember which classes we've already registered for.

...aaaaaand I screwed it up. After I posted this list, I realized I had registered for BOTH sessions of "Sculpting Details".

@Reaper Ron, what's the process for canceling a class, and adding another? I tried to go into my schedule and Delete the Sunday 10am duplicate and add a different class for that session, but I can't tell if it worked. How does one check out a second time with the changes?

I think I worked it out: I was able to purchase a registration for a replacement Sunday 10am class, "Blending with the Loaded Brush Technique (and NMM) (M. Klieman)". I don't know that I actually canceled my other duplicate class, however.

I noticed that completed purchases don't show up when I do the "View Schedule." I believe Growtix uses this phrase to mean, "View the Schedule of classes you wish to purchase on this current order." Once you've made that purchase, they disappear from your schedule. The "Schedule" is really more of a website Shopping Cart. To see the classes actually purchased, one must go to the My Order page (from the drop-down box) and review the classes already paid for.

At least, I think that's the way it works...

Yay!

When you go back to the main page for your ReaperCon ticket (where you clicked 'Register for Classes' earlier), you should see a button for 'View Schedule'.  Click on that.

Then at least one class should have a 'Purchase Add Ons' button.  That will take you to the page to buy classes and check out.

Thanks.  That did it.

Well, my credit card was charged twice ... in two different amounts.  But I only got one class of each.

In addition, I attempted to purchase 8  classes, I was allowed to purchase 7 (it seems to think, maybe, that Reapercon registration counts as one of the classes, and I cant seem to go back and purchase an 8th class.

We'll have to talk later, as I am about  to head off the grid.
