Popular Post malefactus
I had a few requests for Mushrooms from Forum Folk here & on the Lead Adventure Forum. SO I made these Mushroom Fellows up. Here are some individual photos: The one on the left has multiple personalities: ...as you can see here: This Merry Fellow is on his way to Athens...Greece that is: The Group Photos: AND for those who ask "how many have you done?", while I haven't the foggiest of ideas how many, these are what are presently haunting my place: Did I mention there would be an insane number of pics? I thought so. 26
InvisibleThumb
These are awesome! I love how much variety you get by varying the color schemes. I’m also impressed how each base is unique too - clearly each one represents a small but distinct part of your world. And the group shot - it’s like a fantastical family reunion! I’m surprised you got them to pose together with such strong and varying personalities.

Chris Palmer
Such wonderful talent on display! Beautiful work. I’m simply blown away by the amazing use of bright colors, and the amount of character brought forth in each sculpt. There is always a chance I might get just a tad too bright with the colors. The bases are one of those things I LOVE to do; having them noticed is an appreciated morale boost. 53 minutes ago, Tjrez said: very cool, you have a whole army of those lil guys painted :) ...there are a fair number. They will be thinned out as I send some off to Folk on various Fora. I am delighted you like them. Thanks for the reply, Tjrez! 23 minutes ago, Chris Palmer said: Such wonderful talent on display! Old men do tend to go for brighter colors...could be yet another sign of imminent senility. I like to think each one has a personality all their own. The possibility that I can't do identical pieces even if I try is an unattractive alternative.

I am happy you enjoy the pieces.
BLZeebub
Waaah! That one looks like an old (ogre) lady--with the muscaria bonnet. But I really like the Lactarius indigo below it. And all of them.

I am glad you like them. It is probably a hang over from my table top gaming days, but I do love group photos. 5 minutes ago, Pochi said: These are wonderful! I love the multicolored caps. I did try for a glow on the spots, but the luminous look is a serendipitous, accidental effect.
Guildenstern
You have such a cool Alice In Wonderland feel to these, I love how vibrant each one is, both in colour and in personality. They're like a fairy garden come to life! Just so impressive, you should be very proud Malefactus - you ARE the mushroom king!
