Thanks guys.

I feel base, scenery is as much important as the figure itself but I am not doing any game, so If I had to paint army or a lot of minis for a game I would not maybe take that much time on basing :D..

It's really entertaining to do ..the cons of that is , I am going to quickly run out of space if I keep doing much more base like that and eventually bigger :D..I also need a bigger light box !

A very nice scene with vivid colors and a strong sense of nature! I'm finishing up that same orc, as it happens.

@Spooktalker

Thanks ! Yeah the orc Shaman from AoW is quite nice and the hand once glued do not break up ...compared to the barbarian end hammer part which came off several time :D..

Let us see it once you finished !

Awsome! I like that the orc shaman is kept in earth colors.. And the barbarian is standing more out from the nature-back ground.

Great painting and building all round.

I know the feeling of running out of 'diorama' - space! *sigh*

      I have to confess when I pulled this guy out of the core set I thought it was a goblin. In particular, it reminded me of a certain space goblin that backwards talks in riddles he does, mmmn.   So he's green.

      So I really had to share this because I'm super proud of it and had to show it off

      This fellow has been lurking at the bottom of a drawer or box for over 30 years.... I finally painted him up. It was actually a bit irritating somehow... I guess that's why he sat in nothing more than a coat of primer and a red shield for so long! Not sure the maker, maybe citadel? He is on a metal part for the slot base that helpfully says 'orc'. All this time later, I love him just for nostalgia and remembering my dad painting up all those orcs... and we never used the minis in play!

      Presenting the Swamp Orc Standard Bearer, he's part of one of the newer factions in Games Workshop's Age of Sigmar range.

      Really happy with this one and I had a lot of fun painting all his chunky detailing!
