Edit: I Just watched as much of the gameplay video as I could stand and was....bored. Seems pretty fussy. Maybe I’ll still back for the minis.

I don't think I'm backing this one, but as a rule CMON's play through videos are horrible. Blood Rage is supposed to be great, but even now I can't bring myself to try it due to the bad impression the kickstarter play through left.

That's good to know. it seems like a game I should like - it has mechanics, theme, components etc that I tend to enjoy.

I rarely watch their gameplay videos, but I can definitely recommend Blood Rage- it is a terrific game (even if you don't get the KS version)

Dropped the larger pledge and went for the base game instead. I'm certainly tempted by some of the add ons

Yes the add-ons so far do look good.  I hope there will be at least one more though.  So many wonderful gods and monsters have not received any love so far.

It seems telling that the special rules for playing with that Big Cthulhu haven't been released.

Really curious how they have botched the nomenclature for Wilbur Whateley ... and now the Dunwich Horror (by calling it Yog Sothoth rather than Spawn of Yog-Sothoth).

The whole project feels very clumsily executed.

(I have no words to describe buff-shouldered six-packed Albert Einstein holding a revolver.  Oh wait.  I guess I did have those words.)

I'm pretty happy with my $175 pledge so far - that's both of the significant add-ons added in.  It kind of feels like there should be more add-ons on this project, maybe we'll see one soon.

I'm still uncertain about getting another set of the dice.
