July 10 Update, 2PM:

 

Had lunch. Sandwich included bread, which was both baked and toasted. Stay tuned for more updates as the afternoon develops...

Last baked thing I ate was a sub yesterday (because I dont really count a poptart as a baked good)

I baked a box angel food cake a week or so ago. I burned it. Was probably the last baked thing I ate too.

Cinnamon French Toast Bake (See? It's even right there in the name!) {Google it. We substitute cinnamon rolls for bread}

I tend to avoid baking this time of year, but before it turned hot I made some apple cider glazed pork chops.

... But yeah, I don't get along well with the heat, I greatly prefer where it's 17-18C!  (or twenty below, since you can dress for that...)

Considering that I worked the fair last week in such weather, I would say: drink lots of water, stay in shade when possible, wear a hat, do heavy work in the morning when it's cooler.
