Now we reach the portion of the episode where I post the stuff that I didn't do more since last time,  and may not do more,  so these may be the finished pics all together.

And now the stairs... I may dry rush these but probably not.

And that's probably it for now.

So, next task: curved track walls and bridge set.

Washed and drying

After that will be the actual track set

Then my final core set.

Depending how detailed I get with the track and how fiddly the bits are it could take longest.

Don't know how long this will take.

I really had to work to reposition  the girders from the bridge set, they were really warped

Turns out I missed 1 stair set and forgot about the crystals I got. A baggie of about 6 large ones and 2 smaller ones I think? Not doing anything with them I think... except maybe some gloss sealer?

I'm bringing up the remaining sets (core, track, stairs) to wash and I'll do track and stairs next. Core will be last before the end of the year.

Way too much red on those stairs. I might drybrush grey before a wash then cream. Or brown then cream. Suggestions?

I like the nice purple stone color 8 got for tracks. Still need to do dirt and metals base and drybrush.

This set has been by far the biggest pain to paint out of all of them (generally really easy). Lots of nooks and weird angles for paint to avoid.

I added black & brown for rail base.

I added brown for dirt and pale yellow for the wood. I'm liking the granite look of the stone.

I drybrushed the too red stairs with the same yellow and things look good again.

Ready for full on cream drybrush metallics and washes.
