Seeing Palmer (& co)'s big table makes me wish I'd bought more of those bridge sets. If they are reasonably priced at my flgs I might have to get one.

Machine time.

Base coat on a few pieces of core #2.

Way more wet clay than intended.

I completed the base/prime on the whole core #2. It fits conveniently in a Tupperware currently on sale at Michael's 5$/per. Not sure if I can fit ALL my KS stuff in one less spread out for drying, but I'm gonna try

I also did a quick wet brush on the stones from previously painted stuff to catch the same weird mossy green quality for consistency. I like the combo, though some is that all over.

The wood has been browned.

I'm going to try and do the gravel tonight

That will leave some stuff, washes drybrush and details... so about 1 week unless I get/take extra time.

Edit: gravel is done. If I'm up late enough doing the other stuff I have to do, I may do some washes.

Did some drybrushing. This'll be a few days. Things are a bit too yellow. Not sure how to change it. May do a brown/grey wash after.

I'm considering ink on the wood also, but I'm worried it'll look too new.

This is def the last thing this year, because bill have to clean up my paint area for Christmas holidays

Lexo, first off, I love what you are accomplishing. One thing struck me though, from the pics it looks like several wall sections have flat tops from the castings, are you leaving them flat to set stuff on or for another reason?

Just the walls are flat. I'm fine with that.

Drybrush done, so tonight on going to try detail. May do another wash to tone down the yellow of the stone. Pics hopefully tomorrow.

So last teaser pic. I'll try and do a full layout soon and do a show off. Adventurescapes in the new year.

Won't be able to do the full set layout until the new year I think. Some of that wood looks a bit washed out here, so I might have to think about a tint or ink or something. Rest turned out good.
