I recently found out that a good portion of the Grenadier Giant's Club, including this piece, began as a re-branding of a failed larger-scale display line.  It makes sense, considering the huge variations in design on some of them.

Is there a more elaborate tale you could spin about this? Grenadierophiles I'm sure would love to hear it!

So made a small edit, or a larger one, I rephotographed from a slightly lower angle, not sure if you can see the eyes a bit better and some richer colors?

It's available from Mirliton miniatures. They recently put it back up for sale (after finding the mold I guess)

Very nice. I like your WIP on her, too. The coloration is very subtle. End effect is really nice.

The Mirliton version is slightly different, without the antlers. It was from a version of the figure that was sold in a separate blister pack instead of the box with her male counterpart.

Thank you very much!  I tried to give the colors the effect that she could for the most part be kind of invisible in a whirling snowstorm.  That was the thought at least.

I'd provide you with moral support if you wanted to do that. It's a beautiful figure.  And you could also hang around on EBay until you found an old version.  

I got the Patrick Keith Frost Giant Princess after the Kickstarter stuff started going retail and I do want to paint that one as well, but I've had this one sitting around probably since 2004 so thought I should probably paint it first.
