Jellyfish. They don't even have mouths, for goodness sake!

The common Cow.

There would be so many lawsuits filed by them.

*** And then your Honor, the farmer just grabbed me there and started milking, I felt so violated..***

*** Your Honor, that man slaughtered my whole family!***

Judge:

So you would say you have a beef with this person?

Cow:

:zombie:

Yes, I'll go with cats too. Imagine someone sneering at you AND demanding food all the time...

Hang on. This means some of my relatives are cats!

Yeah I'm going to have to go with cats too. I'd hate to learn what they actually think of us. I'm guessing Garfield only touches the tip of the iceberg. :)

THAT has to be it. It is bad enough turning on the light & having a few rapidly disappearing dark spots scampering around.

Having a chorus of them belting out some rap number in the dark would be horrifying...or worse, some Debbie Boone tune.

Dust mites.  Could you imagine all that whispering going on all day?

I'm going to go with dogs.  Not the cute ones that run up to you when you walk into the room.  No, the ones that like to be all stealthy and "mischevious", and wait for you to sit down and open that book before barking or making a noise just behind you since they've been behind the couch the entire time.

Just imagine, you're reading some horror novel and the dog's all "have you checked the back seat recently" or such in a relatively quiet and calm voice...

Natural born ventriloquists!

You can't even see their (non-existant) lips move.

I was going to opt for cats, but since they adapt their own language to try and communicate with us, I'm going to say that they already do :D

So, my choice is Whales- the volume alone would be terrifying, buy imagine trying to explain that we took them to the edge of extinction for such trivial reasons?

Mind you, it would be handy to tell them to stay away from ships in certain areas of the world.....

Welcome to Getting to Know You, .February 2020 Edition.

The rules as they currently stand ( we all know most of you rebellious lot will ignore most of it, but one can try)

      1. Every day, or so (unless I am out or ill or something) I will post a question.
1.5. Should I be unable to post a question for the day a crack team of deputy quisitors, former quisitors, and random forum members are all chomping at the bit to step in and post one...
      2. In theory there is a 24 hour span to answer that question before the next question is posted.
2.5. (Rule 2 is the most frequently ignored rule.)
      3. Questions are going to be posted between 8:00 hours and 12:00 hours CET. ( Central European Time)
      4. Everyone is encouraged to suggest future questions to be posted via PM to me...
      5. You do not have to answer every question to play...
      6. If a question is TMI or N/A simply wait for the next question.. ..or post that you decline to answer (clues regarding why can be fun...unless TMI).
      7. Weekend questions will usually take the form of two or three day quests, starting on Friday or Saturday.
