Well, the only kind of Barbecue there is- Pit cooked  :;):
Pasture raised organic whole hog. Trimmed and butterflied. Oak, hickory and applewood for the pit. Eastern Carolina style barbecue sauce for the mop.

I was helping my parents figure out the camera feature on a smartphone and took a picture of one of their dogs.
