I believe you're staying down the hall from me, as well! Thanks for making this noob feel welcome. I've been a forumite for about a year and this is also my first ReaperCon. If things work out, it won't be the only one. I've met some super people here in person that I've only known through the forums and these are the best people ever. In that comparison I include all of my fraternal brothers and sisters in the Odd Fellows and Rebekahs and my "Reaper Peeps" are at the top of the chart, any chart - any time. Stonebred
Awesome! I'm new too! This weekend has been pretty great and the awards ceremony was so much fun! I'm going to start planning how to make it back to Texas again next year! 7

It brought back memories of how much I enjoyed the first two I attended. If only we had a few other forumites there this year to make it the BEST Rcon ever!
Stonebred
I can see the conversation now at home.... "hun, we're moving to Texas..." "What? Why?" "Ummm... ReaperCon... it's awesome and we need to." "What about the kids?" "They can come too! We wouldn't leave them in Maryland silly!" This could work... :-D 3
Thes Hunter
Hello. Maybe you met me? I had sine bourbon ball shaped candies that were in quite a bit of demand. Or or maybe you saw me wearing a giant green hat and gold chains. Or maybe you didn’t. Hi regardless. 5
Sylverthorne
Also, Thes is awesome. Hi! *waves* You may have also met - or at least seen - me. I was giving out hot balls yesterday. (And I need an alternate culinary incendiary, in case of cinnamon/red dye allergies. Wasabi? Ginger?)

HolkDiggity
I heard tales of the bourbon balls, but I don't think I met/saw you! Also, I am a fan of wasabi! I guess next year I should bring chocolate... 1

I braved that it did not have any dairy in it...and seemed to feel OK afterwards. It was nice meeting you on Sat and congrats on the raffle win...even if it had issues. I heard you got taken good care of by the end though.

The downside being is that it would put kids and grandkidlets over a thousand miles away, which is not acceptable. GEM

Moderator Chaoswolf Posted September 3, 2018 Moderator Share Posted September 3, 2018 Welcome to the forums, and a belated welcome to Reapercon! I'm glad to hear that you had a good time and I look forward to seeing you again next year as well as seeing your work here. I believe that we actually got to talk a little bit on either Saturday or Sunday.
