Classy choice.

The ponies agreed, though they thought I should have gotten forest green. I tried to explain about limited colors, but to no avail.

Where are these new shirts?  All I can find on Zazzle is stuff from previous years.

Several of us are talking about I < heart > Ed Sculpts T-Shirts, which @buglips*the*goblin created: https://forum.reapermini.com/index.php?/topic/86740-ed-ribbon-and-ed-shirt-info/

2019 ReapCon shirts are not available yet. I have been putting bugs in people's ears to try to have them available earlier then just a week or two before the con. Maybe someone can mention it tonight on Reaper Live?

I picked up previous years shirts.

There's a 2019 ReaperCon logo shirt listed in the store. (No factions or anything yet)

I mean, it does look almost exactly like the ReaperCon shirt we got in 2017.  I just don't want to get burned with shipping taking too long and me not getting shirts in time.  Last time I tried order there were size issues.

@buglips*the*goblin Pinball machines for ReaperCon this year: CONFIRMED. ::D:

Source: Ed on Reaper Live today.

Next week I'll ask which ones (totally not for the purpose of knowing which ones to practice with on Pinball Arcade or anything....

Pretty sure it'll be the same pinball machines as Ed bought those awhile back for the 1st Pizza Dungeon Party.

Oh I didn't know he'd bought those, I thought they were rented.

...I don't suppose you recall which ones they were, do you? :upside:

I fell asleep, so I missed my chance to hassle Dave.     Anyway, I know pinball machines are confirmed (get to that in a second).  Depending on how up to date your Pinball Arcade is, the only one available that made it into PA is the Ghostbusters table.  I didn't actually know this in 2017, or I would have put it on my phone to practice while it was occupied and then played the real thing.  But, the tables available are all late-model design, so good practice tables for that design would be Attack From Mars, Medieval Madness, Tales of the Arabian Nights, Monster Bash.... basically anything 1995 or later.

Ed might have also bought tables separately, I can't speak to that, but 2017 and 2018 pinball machines at Reapercon were rentals.  (2017 was Ghostbusters and Rolling Stones, last year was Star Wars and Batman).  Arcade machines are a side passion of mine, probably the only thing I like more than Pro Paint, so I got in touch with Reaper to find out who they used as a rental place and if they wouldn't mind me poking around to see what was available.  I always thought the pinball selection they chose was excellent, but a lot of the upright cabinets were early 80s and single player.  I was hoping to find us a 4-player Gauntlet or TMNT to see if some clusters of people might populate them.  Originally I was looking at Free Play Denton, whose selection is AMAZING, but they don't loan or rent tables offsite.  Everywhere else I checked had pretty much the same cabinets as the outfit Reaper already uses but the pinball selection was worse, so I said Reaper might as well stick with the same outfit they already use.  My only request wound up being for the 1982 vector graphics Star Wars arcade game, so if it's available I hope to see that.  Given the size of the DFW area, I thought I'd be falling all over machines but the pickings were slim.  I didn't make any pinball requests because all those tables are newer models and roughly equal in quality (the themes may or may not really fit, Rolling Stones being non-fantasy or sci-fi, but still a good table).  If they had a Medieval Madness machine I would have moved heaven and earth to get it there, it's not only one of the greatest tables of all time (no mean feat), but the theme is fantastic and fun.

The Ed shirts, in case you might not know, are the ones I sent into Reaper Live as a Mystery Box in episode #34.  I forget not everyone watches that, so might not know how they came about.  I put them up to let other people who wanted in on the fun get them (and hopefully all wear them Saturday at the con).

Oh man, I had no idea that multi-player pinball tables were a thing. Guess I'll just have to leave my quarter on whatever tables are there and hope my free time lines up with one being available.

I'll check if I have the Ghostbusters table, and if not I'll look into the others you mentioned.

All pinball machines at least as old as I am support up to 4 players, but they take turns so it's basically the same thing as playing by yourself.  They don't all play at once.  There are a very tiny number of pinball machines that do support more than one player at once, but they are rare oddities none of us is ever likely to encounter in our lifetimes unless we specifically went on a quest for that purpose.

The multiplayer machines I mentioned are not pinball machines, they're upright cabinets, and if they were available would allow 4 people to play at once (which is why I wanted them).  Specifically, these:

gauntlet4player.png.89160f61676c0f9d528f07d32d606ed3.png

tmnt4player.jpg.76b8c3c5938b73eca2023a841a970660.jpg

But, no dice on those.  Couldn't find any to rent, or where I did find one it was only that one and nothing else and I thought it far too impertinent of me to ask Reaper to source machines from multiple places.  I was just looking to see what might turn up, not put them through a great deal of trouble and expense.

Outside of the freeplay guys, there aren't a lot of big collections in this area. IT doesn't hurt that several other companies have tried to copy their model of the bar-arcade and will snap up anything in good condition. (side note, if anyone wants to get away one evening over to Free Play, they are amazing. One of the largest collections of uprights anywhere and they rotate the selection constantly. Plus they pride themselves on keeping their machines the originals instead of emulators and do all of their own maintenance in house.)
