Lizardmen aka Troglodytes

From the thick bushes on either side of the road, a volley of javelins flies towards you. You try to take cover while a second volley is hurled. Heavy rain makes it uneasy to see anything. The bushes rustle, and your assailants appear next to you. It's a group of four reptilian humanoids about six feet tall. Their roughened leathery scales shift from grayish brown to green. A disgusting smell sickens you as the chameleon-like creatures attack you with their primitive weapons, their teeth and claws.

The Lizard Lads painted up SPLENDIDLY; FINE  brushwork & color selection. You even made the most of their attached bases. VERY WELL DONE!

I actually really like the blue bellies here - you almost always seen lizardoids painted with a tan or warm tone for the bellies - this really plays off the yellow highlights that are in the green scales!  Well done!

I used Reaper MSP paint. I painted the entire model with the skin tone, a grey basecoat. And, I applied a green wash to shade the skin. I then paint the model normally by avoiding the skin. The base coat covers every area that are not the skin. I applied a dark wash in the recessed and underparts, and a brown wash all over the model. I finally applied the highlights to bring out the details. It may appear to be a complicated way of painting, it's not my regular way to paint, I like to try different things.
