It was the humidity.  Warmer air can hold more moisture. If you use a spray on primer or sealer during high humidity the water will be mixed in/absorbed by the spray. I live in an area with high humidity and have never gotten a good result with spray primer. I do have better luck with spray sealer. I usually use Dull Cote. It is best to wait for lower humidity or at least cooler temperatures (which should lower the humidity) to use sprays. Good luck!

The resurrected Ghoul Guy look LOVELY in purple....OUTSTANDING brushwork & color selection. VERY WELL DONE!

The one or two times I have had a white film problem was because I didn't shake the can...that does sound like some racy thing to do...the recommended 2 minutes.
