The Art Of Strategy -Diorama (VERY picture heavy!)

Finally got around to take pictures of my Warhammer diorama.

I entered it into a local competition, and was lucky enough to win the Warhammer category. Thanks to everyone who wrote a comment in the WIP thread.

Although on these pictures I can see many mistakes, I am quite happy with it.

I followed along through all the work in progress posts; AND even so, the finished scene is WONDROUS, a BEAUTIFULLY detailed, highly imaginative creation. 

It is a piece that will reward each visit with some new, little nuance that had previously been missed. VERY WELL DONE!

This is very cool! Love how it shows the various plans of each side playing out. So many details withing the whole.

That's fantastic, I especially love how the cyan on the Nids claws ties in the the similar colour on the Tau.

 

Also, GO 'NIDS! as well!

Glorious payoff for all that work! Crisp, detailed work at every level, from composition to armor-distressing. Love the flame/repulsor effects jetting from the hover-drone.
