Got the yellow sorted out to my satisfaction on these maniacs. Next up will probably be the green, before going back to the skin/fur.

 

 

The contrast is a bit better in person... The highlights in the yellow are brighter.

I do like the yellow. It goes SPLENDIDLY with the green. I got in the habit of doing the cowls in red; once I get in a rut it is hard to escape.

I'll try the yellow on my next batch of Goblin types. Thanks for the idea, canuckotter!

The bases look good also. Definite potential there.

Not a huge difference, and of course I can never get a good picture, but I did some more highlighting on the fur. I have very little time to paint so I figured I'd document this progress, as minimal as it is...

 

 

And @malefactus - they're actually not based yet! I've just got them standing in blue sticky tack. 

 

Next time: time to start the green! Unless I get distracted by shiny objects again.

Finished those guys up! They're not amazing but perfect is the enemy of finished, and I want these guys being dorks on my shelf, not cluttering up my desk...
