I liked the video - reminds me of the movie "Dorkness rising".

Community theatre. You either love it or hate it.

I'm really tempted to jump in one this one. I've been using the Stones Dungeon tiles from Frontline games, and my gaming group is thankful to not have walls with which to contend when reaching for their miniatures, etc.

That said, the walls could come in handy periodically, or at least to partition off areas that my players have yet to explore; a physical barrier to entice them...

I backed Stones as well and have the exact same thoughts as you.

Timing is just bad as I’ve already spent my hobby budget.

That video was adorable. Maybe playing to stereotypes, but adorable.

It’s one of my favourite Kickstarter videos.

First Created and the math says 50 pieces for $60 plus $14 shipping USA.

Stones had 122 pieces including SG's, for $100 and free shipping USA.

Other tile KS I've funded didn't go over $1 per piece, despite their variety.

So, with this being First Created and not dirt cheap, I'd wait for another dungeon tile KS to come along.

It’s not a tile system though. It’s a wall system.  Compared to several other wall systems out there, this is dirt cheap.

Not sure I like the use of clips though. Seems fiddly and time consuming to set up and take down.

Monster Terrain (Monster Fight Club) has fir/pine trees now available, as well as an unpainted and STL option.  The trees look good!

I have their trees from last year and they are second best to Dwarven Forge in terms of quality for plastic trees.

Return to Planet Apocalypse, via @Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/petersengames/return-to-planet-apocalypse?ref=android_project_share
Yes, Petersen Games is doing a Kickstarter Exclusive again! Just this once! Planet Apocalypse was designed by Sandy Petersen, one of the best-known designers in horror gaming. In the early eighties he wrote the Call of Cthulhu role-playing game for Chaosium. In the nineties, he was a key designer for the ground-breaking video games Doom, Doom 2, and Quake. And in 2015, he released Cthulhu Wars. Now he returns to the topic of apocalyptic horror with a game Shut Up and Sit Down described as "[having] cemented Sandy Petersen as the king of games where you roll dice and things die."
This Kickstarter offers two separate tabletop experiences:
The board game (core game reprint) with new expansions.
A 325+ role-playing book for 5th edition D&D with TONS of content to bring the apocalypse to your fantasy world, plus new adventures, monsters and more.

Not figure related, but hopefully of use to folks wanting to generate characters and backstory

Way over funded and 21 days to go.

Twisted are returning to Kickstarter soon, it's still in the teasing stage at the moment but there should be more details next week.

Since their first Kickstarter wrapped up pretty dang late (even by usual Kickstarter standards), I'm hoping they've learnt a few lessons and keep this one fairly small and manageable.
