Thank you everyone for the comments. 


A lot of the patina was citadel technical paint nihilakh oxide.  I dark-lined/shaded the copper scales with dark purple, and painted the nihilakh oxide over the platinum on the belly and some areas of the copper.  This washed out a lot of shading in those areas, so I went back and dark-lined them with P3 coal black. 


The spots on the wings are P3 arcane blue outlined in coal black.  The idea for the spots was based on the illustration in the D&D Monster Manual.  I think the teal spots would have looked better on copper wings like the dragon in the picture has, but I wasn't willing to commit to painting so much of it only one color.
