Miskatonic Faculty: Anatomy (50052, Prof. Laura Pringle) and Astronomy

Cobbled together some lab benches that would work just fine for Miskatonic. Also found a telescope bracelet charm that I built a tiny tripod for. In charge of the Astronomy department is one of Zombiesmith's Mad Scientists--though he looks like an incredibly, tediously sane scientist right now.
Dr. Hu will find out in short order that no good comes of watching the skies in 1920's Arkham, though. 





And this is the lovely Professor Laura Pringle (50052), new hire in the Anatomy and Physiology department. Her patience with fools and frivolous students is even shorter than her skirt. Here she is lecturing on the cranial proportions of the Pithecanthropus and his relations. (Charlie the skeleton has a smaller dome than many Reaper skellies.) An excellent sculpt, easy and delightful to paint.

Thanks, all! Browse the bead aisles at your local craft store when next you go...you'll probably come across at least one or two that set the imagination bubbling and work at tabletop scale!

If you need new hires:

Crooked Dice has 3 scientist (separate heads, but gives you mutant possibilities). They also have good pulp office/computer stuff (banks of tape drives!!!!)

Harwood Hobbies has some generic medical staff (Dr/ Nurse) but there are variations on the character (normal, armed/scared, zombie), Mr Karswell and the hazmat crew might also be useful

If you need photographers for a J-School/ Fine Art dept, Wyrd has 3 as a set.

No. No it is not. She is precision-engineered to be sexy by a sculptor who knows what he likes.

Ooo! I'd had my eyes on a Crooked Dice mad scientist for a while, but those tape-drive computers are gorgeous!

Harwood is new to me, but I'm a fan! Anyone doing Montague Rhodes James references in their sculpts is okay in my (blasphemous and forbidden) book!

If you need more hires, I just saw the Knight minis Harry Potter Hogwarts Faculty set. Mcgonagle is the  biggest stretch, but she works for graduation dress mode. Not cheap, but nice movie likenesses

Lockhart would be a good drama teacher

Snape would work for art and drama

Depending on how she was painted, Umbridge could be a nasty economics prof. or an eccentric classics prof.
