Delivered by c-section (::(:), 3:59pm May 8, 2019, 7lbs 10oz, 20 inches.

She started out purple, but quickly turned pink.

I'm sorry about the surgery too, but yay for a new member of the Ambrosia family!

I hope everybody is resting and/or recovering well.

But I have a legitimate problem that needs addressed with, preferably, physical therapy.

I don't know what your insurance requires, but WA is a Direct Access state, meaning you don't need a pre-authorization to go to a PT (though insurance companies can still get grumpy about it). Here's more info: https://www.adlergiersch.com/provider-blog/new-washington-state-law-prior-authorization-small-important-win-patients-providers/

I hope you're able to get treatment soon, PT has saved my back twice now.

@redambrosia Glad that everything went well (all things considered, sorry you ended up having to do C-section), and that you and baby are healthy and well. :)

Huzzah!

Hubby woke up and was able to send pictures. I love her expression in this:

Definitely a “OMG, what did I just sign up for” look.

That, or “who farted”.

the purple was probably just the primer coat.

Congratulations on kitbashing a new scale model!

They are a lot of work to finish, so get help when you need it.

I have been working on my first model for 10 years, and while I'm happy with the way it's going, I won't be done with her anytime soon.

Being a night-shifter is hard. No matter when I drink it makes me an alcoholic. Drink after work before bed? It's not even Noon yet!?! Drink when I first wake up at 5pm.... Alcoholic.

Working Graveyard while at Miramar Naval Air station our shop would open up a local bar in the morning.  Circa 9AM was time for beddy bye.

Our attitude was it doesn't matter what time the clock says, we just got off a hard days night of work and we wants beer.

What constitutes "finished" with a given project?  Asking for a friend.  :ph34r:
