Yeah I think it's good value for a cool product- but my need for it for 10-20 miniatures would probably be 3-5ml max, so it's not for me! If I was a more artistic person who had more uses for it sure- unfortunately that's not the case! If further down the line they end up doing mini size bottles for around mini size prices I'd probably pick one up

Too expensive for me. I'll need to know more and, perhaps, see it sold in smaller amounts before buying.

Agree with most. I'm interested, but given how long it takes me to use up a 1/2 oz (15ml) bottle, the base pledge is 10 x the paint I would really be willing to buy.  But I get the impression he's really marketing this to people who work in a much larger scale than most of the folks here.....

 

On his website he sells his temperature reactive paint in a 2oz bottle, maybe if enough people express interest in that we could get them to offer that as an alternative?

So, Stuart Semple tells me they've had enough people asking about smaller bottles (like 30 ml) they're considering it. Keep asking yall.

That's awesome to hear...  Would be tempting in a 30mL bottle, even if it would take downright forever to go through.

I decided to hop on before it ended and did the £25 pledge. 

They're now in the shipping phase, but...

One lot supposedly got hed up in customs, and when it arrived at the fulfillment centre they found that the paint had 'exploded' and most bottles in the lot was ruined. 

(They're blaming the heat)

 

So the backers that haven't gotten their paint yet, just got a personal email with an apology and a discount code for their shop(free shipping) and a promise that the paint will be on its way 'soon'. 

also, they're reformulated it to be even blacker than Black 3.0, and the last few backers will receive this new formulation...  

 

Yeah, I'm one of them.  

 

Their 'Technicolour' holographic powder sounds interesting...

Oh yes, that was done long ago. I added a jar of blue Lit glow powder to my order.

A recent update said they would be sending out the remaining USA orders next week, so it shouldn't be long now.

Sooo....  Has anyone gotten theres?  have you created examples? I am really curious to see if it holds up to its hype.

I think mine is in the claws of the Norwegian Post... 

and since it's summer, they've probably hired in some untrained slackers to take over for the regular slackards.  

So none of the items I'm currently expecting has yet been scanned in in Norway. 

(The paint left England on the 23rd, it should at least have been registered as arrived and waiting for customs handling)
