We have a special free model for all of you early backers, so get in early and don't miss out! Campaign is due to go live Sunday 17th February 5pm GMT.
(Limted to 300 models and only available with a main pledge)

Model is 4" high and the cage opens so you could add a mini of your choice inside.

For later backers, it will also be available as an add-on for £12

They posted an update for the KS 1 showing off some of the minis...I'm leaning towards yes on this one though. Hopefully we'll get some more quality/close up images of existing sculpts to help people decide.

ETA: I requested close up pics to help with deciding backing Black Hallows II on their original KS update, and this was their reply:

AJ, what we thought we would do for next week is give one set a shaded coat of primer (shows details off better) and show close ups of both metal and primed together.

Great gibbering gibbets!

The Auld Grump - I rather like that.

So I’ve been digging around the Z1 Design Facebook page and have found a couple of interesting tidbits including the quote below:

”There is only one destination for those who take a ride on the Gaol cart and it's not one that you want to visit!
This is a beautiful model for both gamers and painters, it would make an awesome piece for a diorama.
The Gaol Cart will be cast with both resin and metal parts. It is designed so the rear doors open for access into the cart.
Size - 190mm x 65mm x 60mm (32mm scale model)
28mm & 32mm options available. “

Also, they are looking at making the draft horses available separately as well as having harnessed and unharnessed versions.

I’m still concerned that, much like the Wizkids lines, the human sized renders may not transfer well to physical models. Remember that the human minis for this kickstarter will be metal. But I’m hoping that the larger figures like the horses and carts will.

As well on their Facebook page Z1 Design is saying that there will be both physical (resin/metal) and print files of the buildings on offer.

I would really like to see those metal minis from the first kickstarter they showed in it's last update primed and inked in close up pictures.

To me they don't look bad in that update, but really hard to judge. Hopefully those inked photos will be available before the KS launches. Otherwise I might back and back out later, if the quality seems iffy.
