Looking really great, can't wait to see more!  What a cool way to work on a project remote from each other.  I have to say I like Ian's choice very much as I just painted that exact figure for a player in my game.  I did an anthro figure for each character in the party and surprised them all.

Are the finished minis going to be fitted on regulation TSR/WOTC standard RPG bases? (Round base, vertical edges, would fit a grid of 1 inch squares...there is a Reaper base made for that but I forget the number.)

I blame my slacker status on two separate back to back winter plagues.  I'm feeling better now though, so here's me trying to catch up.  Still working!  Thanks for posting this Ian!

I may mostly paint him then work on his OSL staff effect late in the game.

At the end of the day, they will be permanently attached directly to the base.  No one will be able to split the party!

A genius idea, and the perfect artists to work on it! I love the capes so much; opulent and steady-handed patterning. Between the green swirls, orange tongues, and blended blue, are you going for a four-elements motif?

That's a really good idea, but I don't think we're going directly for any elemental differentiation.  We do seem to kind of have a bit of a Ninja Turtles/Power Rangers color coordination thing going though!

I have to admit to lurking for a good while here, and that this thread finally got me to register.  Love all the paintjobs, but I'm telling everyone that I am absolutely stealing the idea for the carrot cloak.  That is awesome!
