Reaper Bones vs. Reaper Core - What's the Difference?

Thanks guys!

Clearman, we do like that the Core line is slightly different than the Bones line; otherwise we may as well cancel Core entirely and roll everything into Bones, which we don’t want to do.

Also, reworking the formulas for over 300 colors would take...a very, very long time, for little benefit in my mind because Core still sells better than Bones. I don’t have that time, as all of the paint sells well and it’s a battle for me to keep up with existing production as is!

Personally I use mostly Core colors with a sprinkling of Bones and enjoy both lines.

If you were to organize by color a complete collection of Core, HD, Limited/Special Edition, Bones, etc: would you mix them all together or keep them separate sets and then sorted by color?

Here is an image I pulled up on a Google search just now that shows what I mean:

I have been tempted to move away from my nail polish racks and to a reverse dropper bottle system like this.

I mixed them all together since there are colors in Bones that aren't in Core, etc.  It also made it easier to fold in my small selection of Vallejo paints.

If I deliberately went out of my way to make use of the better coverage from HD and Bones paints, I would probably have kept those sorted separately.

What is the difference between Pure Black from the MSP Range, and Dragon Black from the Bones Range?  Is there any “color” difference, or is it a matter of formulation?

(If this question has been asked previously, I apologize.)
