A little more progress. The riders are very nearly finished. The bases will have to wait a little bit, as I need to replace a can of spray primer.

Here is the start of the AT-ST. It was primed grey and then given a liberal wash of Nuln Oil.

How is the balance on the walker? It looks ready to fall forward at any moment!

The weight is pretty far forward, but it does balance okay. It'll never go downhill, though!

I found the GW Guard Sentinels have the same problem. If you place the legs in any kind of dynamic pose the whole thing looks like it'll tip over. The only way to avoid this is to completely square up the legs leaving the walker looking like its standing at attention, which is no fun of course.
