Thri-Kreen Wizkids

[Adrift]

Picked up the pair of Thri-Kreen from the FLGS last week. Decided to paint them up for my DND game as a pair of bounty hunters set to capture the group running in my game. They are, as of yet, unaware that there is a bounty on their heads.

Thanks! They're going to get some character levels added to them to REALLY threaten the group.

Shading on their chitin is great - love the eyes and the bases as well! Nice pair.

These look really good! Love the colour scheme and the basing you did here. Can I ask did you strip the vallejo primer off of these before painting or just mold-line clean up?

I didn't strip the Vallejo primer and I didn't clean up any of the mould lines or sculpt flaws from the moulding process actually 

 

With most Bones or Wizkids figs I just wash them off and go. I'm just trying to get some tabletop paint jobs down on them. 

 

Entries for Reapercon will get far more scrutiny!!
