just a note, their news letter this morning indicated that these will be resin as opposed to metal like the previous babes ks.

I really enjoyed the resin they used for their Kritterkin line.  Hopefully they will use the same kind.

From the Facebook page. They Are! I always seem to be cash strapped when they kickstart...

"Bombshell is going back to Kickstarter on May 7th! Our brand new production facility is up and running and this will give us a huge boost to expand our molding and casting equipment for the new shop. All new Babes and Sidekicks will be cast in-house in high quality pressure cast resin, the same we use for our KritterKins line. Be on the lookout in the coming weeks for pics of the new sculpts, the new shop, and updates on all aspects of production."

I will give this one a long considering look.  I have passed on previous KS, but picked up a few at reapercon.

Win some, lose some. I don't really buy any minis these days and Patrick's move to resin has me interested.

He's doing it in-house, I believe, which bodes really well for future projects coming out of the new Bombshell HQ!

      The Kickstarter is now Live:

I backed one of Annie’s previous kickstarters, the one with all the forest animals including beavers and moose and bears (oh my).
I also bought several of her female minis and the sculpts are quite nice and the castings were great quality. Very sharp and clean. I’m very happy with what I’ve ordered and if finances allowed I would back again.

I got the early bird 4 bust deal.  FWIW I have some of their earlier figures and they've been very good quality.

Someone in a podcast I listen to (an actual play d&d weekly affair, if I remember correctly) has this rpg based on 80s video nasties. It sounds intriguing and fun.

Atlantis Miniatures is dropping a new Kickstarters campaign next week.  Looks like ogres this time.

I have yet to get anything from them but I might have to bite this time as I've heard great things.

They don't seem to have anything on Kickstarter yet, their Facebook site says they launch on October 1st. It'll be one all-in pledge for the 10 starter minis & everything afterward will be an included freebie. Looks like some cool sculpts; I'll be interested as to what the pledge will be.
