OH BABY! The Feline Folk are WONDROUS to behold en masse. There is something about Group Portraits that really appeals to me. Each miniature seems to enhance their neighbors. VERY WELL DONE!

I am looking forward to the diorama now.

Thank you for the kind words. It's been a long process and I'm very happy with the result. I'm glad you like it too.

Nice group. I had not realized they made so many feline figures.

There is even two other I didn't paint and I've learned there should be even more Cat Critter produced by Dark Sword this year.

In the Court of the Kitty King, MEOW!

Lovely group which reminds me that Darksword should think of a skirmish game for their animal kingdom :)

That's a great idea, they already produce enough anthropomorphic animals to build small faction and some models could be used as mercenaries. Someone needs to come up with a good game concept and propose it Dark Sword.

Maybe they can work with the Burrows & Badgers ruleset?

Hello everyone, here's the third Ogre from the series of 4 Hook Mountain Ogre I'm currently working on. This Pathfinder model was sculpted by David Summers. It stands on a 50mm wide base and was produced by Reaper Miniatures under sku: 60037. It was my favorite so far. I really enjoyed painting the maw mask and the skull necklace.

It was entirely painted with Reaper MSP paint, with the same colors I used on the two previous ones. The skin tone; 29822 suntan flesh, 09659 ginger cookie and a bit of 29825 tusk ivory. Other color I used are; 09136 walnut brown, 09028 muddy brown, 09029 earth brown, 09284 lonestar leather, 09159 worn olive, 29848 jungle camo, 09084 pale lichen and 29839 maroon red.

60037, Hookmaw Kreeg and Sir Forscale 77008, Garrick the Bold.

From left to right; 60008 Hook Mountain Ogre #1, 60030 Hook Mountain Ogre #2 and 60037 Hookmaw Kreeg.

Hello everyone, here are pictures of an anthropomorphic animal I painted. This Dark Sword Miniatures DSM8107, Joey the Thug - Sheltie Rogue was sculpted by Dave Summers for their Critter Kingdoms miniature range. I used tree bark and sand on its 40mm diameter base.

Hello everyone, here are pictures of an anthropomorphic animal I painted. This Dark Sword Miniatures DSM8083, Harrek the Otter Cleric was sculpted by Dave Summers for their Critter Kingdoms miniature range. I used a natural river rock as promontory on its 40mm diameter base. I wish you all a fantastic weekend!

      Hi Reapertronics!

So these are two I've been working on for the last week or so, two really small Tom Meier sculpts from Dark Sword Miniatures, ones from another post on the forum where I was complaining about eyes. Two really fun figures I think, excellently sculpted by Meier. Here's the first one:

and a few shots of her face up close.  The eyes aren't perfect, but they turned out better than the first try before my repaint:

and then here's the male halfling thief. He's nice and basic, with a classic old school feel. He almost gives a Bilbo Baggins type of feel to this is you ask me:

and then here they are together:

and to give you an idea of their size, I put them next to a few recent reaper models, a few of my favorites, the female hobgoblin archer (metal version with nose) and the other one is one of the dark gnome gals:

So anyhoos, lots of photos, hope you enjoy!

Started this as a PC but the game went nowhere so he sat on my desk for quite some time.  finally got around to finishing him and thought i would share.  He's quite well detailed and has a lot of character I might get another one to try in a different color but that will be another day.  Hope you enjoy him
