My next project is some air power for my rebels. Here are two T-47s with two coats of the base color.

Just to make sure: You start with the kit of a snowspeeder and want to convert it into a Warhammer 40k Imperial Guard Valkyrie? ... Errr ... hm :..

Yeah - you know what? That could actually work. Might be a bit sewing off, though ... hm. Continue!

The speeders are just shy of 4 inches long. And I am indeed building and painting a Valkyrie, to be used as a troop transport. It should be about the right size. The speeders can fly escort for the transport. :-)

Yay for T-47s!  One of my favorite Star Wars vehicles.  I'll be following this with interest.

Here is an update on the bases for the models. As you can see, the ones for the two Airspeeders are just as big as the one for the transport.

Base coat on the speeders is finished and the wash has been applied. The body of the transport is coming along too.

The speeders got two more dry brushes--beige and white.
