Zombie Dragon (Bones 4)

I love this!

About the eyes, something with an eerie magical glow? Or maybe dead milky white eyes?

I love how this is coming along.

Just something to consider. Currently, the base is a little flat. I would glaze some different colours on the reliefs carved on it.

Yea i haven’t touched the base beyond basecoating it, I do that after the dragon itself is done normally

wonderful dragon as always Siri,

I love the bones and all the colors in flesh especially.

This is going to be one of the first of Bones 4 I will paint, and I will be borrowing some of these ideas.

I have gotten as far as assembly, and deciding on red scales.

i look forward to seeing it.

mine looks much better in person, he does not photograph well. He has a lot more shading in his scales than show in the pictures

He looks fantastic, even in pictures. I have to admit, I'm a bit daunted by the exposed guts on mine, which is (partially) why mine is a way down my queue. Yours manages to beautifully incorporate even the grosser parts.

thank you, i've been having a lot of fun trying to paint him without using any red or pink. He looks almost mummified to me now, which i'm fine with. He's more jerky than gooey
