Do you see the "Purchase Add On" button?

 

And logged in? The website has a tendency to log me out.

Beyond my knowledge then. Sorry. I do see that "zero items" screen after I've purchased when I went back to some page.

Once again, Growtix is being "difficult".

Won't recognize my password so I can't log in and won't send me a link to reset it.

It recognizes that I have purchased [VIP] tickets for both wife and self.

You have to go through the My Orders page (via drop-down menu at the top right on PC), then View Order, then click View Schedule. That's where you can click on Purchase Add Ons, etc.

Start with your email confirmation to gain access to growtix. If need be, create new account with Growtix

Yes, this.  I fumbled around for a bit and discovered that doing the above allowed the system to figure things out.

Make sure you check your junk email folder if you need to reset the password.  That's where my reset email went.

If you are using the same email address, then it should be fine. You really need to go back to your order confirmation email (when you purchased your admission) to gain access. Hope this helps

OK, got it.  Even though I had logged in to Growtix, when I went to purchase I was suddenly NOT logged in. Once I did that my registered class slots showed up.  Thanks Oneboot for reminding us to "add 1" to the total to be purchased. 

 

I hope next year it is possible to purchase tickets for all persons under one account at the same time.  After I bought my tickets I had to go through the whole thing again for DH.

Uh... that's actually possible this year. That's what I did at least. I do have both admission tickets for the two of us under one account.

 

Not sure it's a feature or a bug that I could do that.
