Last KS there were very few female minis, and we got a half-dozen beardy wizards, which was about 4 too many, really. Hoping for better gender and fantasy race diversity in non-monster minis, TBH. Not that gender diversity in monster minis is where it could be. A few female hill giants and more female fire giants or ogres would be great. I really liked the female ogre from Bones 3, so much character in that mini. 13

On the subject of Female Heroes, we need some female heroes that are obviously female but of a more athletic body proportion. The over-endowed look in armor that protects [only] against strategic sunburn has been done so many times it's beyond cliche. Just my opinion, for whatever it's worth. I'd love to see more female warriors, mages, shaman, whatever - in work clothes, not party clothes - orcs, elves, humans, giants ... can we run into it, summon it or play it? I would love it to be available and I will throw money at you to get it. 11

Back in the day, Lady Sir Mary of Uffington had won her spurs against the most formidable Knights the Kingdom of The West had to offer. Her "working clothes" were a full Cap-a-Pied suit of Gothic Plate. The only indication that the buzz saw you were about to face was female was the that the breastplate had a slight ease for certain strategic body parts. And that the suit looked like it could have just walked out of the Armour collection of the British Museum. Lady Sir Mary was rather petite. Nunae
On the topic of gender diversity, I'd also like to see an incubus to go with the two succubi that are already out. 18 hours ago, Darsc Zacal said: 19 hours ago, Nunae said: Not that gender diversity in monster minis is where it could be. Sadly, they're too tall to go with the Reaper giants. I like the Reaper Frost, Fire and Hill giants, nice variety to build groups and encounters, but the Hill dudes really need 2-3 ladies. And while I adore Vanja, she could also do with a sister or two to get out of that weird Smurfette situation.
ttuckerman
Remember that there is a thread for bones you want to see. That is where they look for suggestions.

And I'll mention they are not and probably won't read this thread. Any suggestions, wishes, concerns, hopes, etc you share here are going unheard by those at HQ in positions to implement change. Also, there are other threads dedicated to female depiction in the miniature industry. Please keep this thread on topic of the impending Bones 5. 9 1

Lidless Eye
Excellent. I knew he was coming from Facebook and it's nice to actually see him. I hope this means the Hill Giantess is also coming (based on FB discussion)

There is no real indication of what giant type it was in life. Also it seems small. I didnt watch reaper live this week yet. Did they say it was a giant? Because judging by the size of the vultures it seems to be normal human size ogre sized tops.
