If I didn't have a $350 CAD bill coming due next month, I'd be all over a huge Kickstarter contribution....

Won't lie though, it has been tempting to cash out one of my smaller investing accounts for such, but... I dunno.  That seems like a risky thing to do just to get a parcel or three in the future.

It would mean I'd actually buy the things though...

And hopefully we'll see an update soon. I guess they are doing some updates to the main page.

They got the last handful of stretch goals that were met updated, and did some housekeeping, at least.

I'm not sure we'll see 1.5 today; my bet is day after tomorrow (they've been going about 25k a day, give or take..).

Them hitting 1.5m is the point where Mr. Thorne and I start reassessing pledge levels...

I do wish we could use Paypal on this, but it is probably not a good idea as I don't want to be tempted to go all the way to Star Colonel...

Talked with my wargame buddy.  We both ordered the AGoAC box yesterday.  He's likely in at Bloodnamed and I'll probably be at Star Colonel.

Just over $30k before the $1.5 mil stretch goal.  Given the campaign has gained about $15k in the last eight hours, we should reach $1.5 mil by the end of the weekend.  (We might see it tomorrow.  Saturday is more likely.)

I believe we'll see some fluctuation around when the campaign reaches $1.5 million as people increase and reduce their pledges to take advantage of that stretch goal.

Just found out that at the Star Colonel level, it no doubles the additional box as well. 12 Stars/Lances plus the Starter 5 mechs. Now I have to decide on another Star of Omnis and an IS Lance as well [maybe a 3rd Comstar Level 2]?

This will give me 4 full Battalions on IS mechs, 2 Trinaries of Clan Second Line mechs, 3 Trinaries and a Binary of Omnis. Also 13 Points of Elementals [anyone willing to spare a couple?].

Star Colonel becomes very interesting after the $1.5m stretch goal, but I am not sure I want to drop that much cash on this project. With the maps I would like to have, that would be come a very hefty investment indeed.

What? No consideration for assembling a Comstar III-Alpha out of 6 boxes of 'mechs?

I once had ambition to paint up a full L4, but then I turned 30, and reality took over. :zombie:

      Story
It was the Baron himself who nailed up the poster in Midlam the town square.
WANTED:  LADY WILDWOOD and sundry associated gang members - For Murder, extortion, petty theft and highway robbery.  REWARD - 10 Gold Coins for Lady Wildwood and 1 Gold Coin per gang member.
Speculation and rumour was rife!  Who were these new Bandits that were plaguing Midlam?  Who was the mysterious and dangerous Lady Wildwood? It seemed that the town had been under siege, first from Captain Grief's Gang and then the Hobgoblin Rainding Party, and now this gang of merciless women!
Bounty hunters muttered in dark corners of Inns, looking for information and squads of Town Guard regularly marched out into the surrounding countryside in their pursuit.
But still the robberies and raids continued...
      Waylaid by Bandits Volume Two
A gang of eleven 28mm scale bandits, thugs and ruffians, lead by the Notorious Lady Wildwood, for all of your fantasy miniature games.
      Waylaid by Bandits Volume One
You can also, should you wish, include our first bandit gang with your pledge.  Captain Grief's Gang is a series of of eleven 28mm scale bandits, thugs and ruffians, including the original stretch goal 'George the Grind'.  You could then mix and match your bandits or have them as deadly rivals!

It's only an 11 day  project, so hury up and back.

Tomb Guardians over the past year has been asked to release our miniatures in a resin/plastic material because a lot of you do not like metal.  So for nearly a year we have discussed and researched the best way to produce a high quality, high detail miniature that is far above the current standard on the market.  We are happy to announce that we have found a method and decided to release all our 28mm monsters in a High Resolution Resin.  These miniatures will come with a 1 year guarantee, if you break one we will replace it for FREE!  Just mail it back to us.   Bobby Jackson, Jason Weibe, Gene Van Horne and Patrick Keith help create these amazing creatures.  We hope you enjoy our Monsters and want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
