Most words in the names of minis seem to work fine in searches, but for some reason, "Runelord" finds nothing, even though there are two figures whose name includes "Runelord". The miniatures come up just fine with searches on other parts of their names.

 

This seems odd enough to mention.

On an episode of ReaperLive a few weeks ago, it was mentioned that new swag for inclusion with some online orders would be coming out soon.

Not a lot of details were given that I recall.

It’s not connected to the old swag program that was discountinued sometime ago.

I believe it’s random, like the paints. Not sure if it’s replacing the sample paint.

 

Earbudds in a small fabric case with the Reaper logo printed on it is the only thing I can remember. Though I know they spoke of other things.

Got one of these in the "gumball" machine at Adepticon.   My son took the earbuds as a back up for school, and my wife promptly added the little case to her keyring to carry some small items in for work, so she doesn't have to carry her purse.

Oh I didn’t notice that. I almost always browse reaper’s website on my phone so they don’t appear. If they could appear on mobile that would be great.

 

Still, a lot of tags got lost during the transfer. When you search for beastman/satyr/ram for example, way less results show. It would be great to all get them back.

Canada still gets free shipping after what I suspect is the old threshold of $35 USD.  Put two 77565 Kyphyrixis in my cart, and free shipping is an option.  It's one that's listed under two other shipping options, but it is there.

Seems the new site doesn't grey out the others like it used to.  Oooh, a UPS Option....  But I can't seem to find any mention on the site as to what kind of UPS shipping it is, as well as timeframes for said shipping.  If this is one of those quickie international shipping options, I'm sooo happy about such.  @kit any word on which type of shipping it is?  I'm moderately excited because if it's 1-2 day Express that means there's actually a chance it could be a lot "safer" to order paints in early spring and fall for Canadians...

NOTE OF CAUTION: Folks, don't leave stuff in your cart for when you are ready to place the order, the cart appears to automagically dump its contents after a certain period time with an email saying...
Hey there. We wanted to remind you that you have some items in your shopping cart at Reapermini.com. In another day, we're going to be releasing those items back into our inventory."
...Since I was on vacation when the message arrived, I didn't get the message until AFTER it dumped the cart.

I used to put requests and special orders in the cart to make sure I did not forget them on my next order - now I will have to find another way to accomplish that task... Hopefully, I made notes on the ones that I just lost!

There's now a real wishlist, so you shouldn't need to put stuff into your cart until you're ready to buy. To add product to the wishlist, press the heart icon.

Thanks for that... I have already setup lists that I hope will help with the issue - even though it seems to get "klunkier" as the various lists grow.

Probably tough to implement at this point, but a "save for later" option would be nice, or in the alert email a "This is what was cleared from your cart" message. Wish lists do help a lot, but don't have priority listings.
