JackMann
Unfortunately, keeping it in the cart isn't a great option. They remove it from the online inventory when you put it in the cart (to make sure you don't toss something in your cart, and then find out at checkout that someone sniped it out from under you), so they need to be able to make sure it doesn't just stay there unsalable while you make up your mind.

I know it should help them out, as I remember them having to constantly do physical inventory on the reaper paints during the blowout sale because they'd clear out carts BUT it wouldn't update the inventory in system so they had to count manually and adjust.

Just remember that items won't disappear from the wishlist when you order it. Yep. Quite nice, and if organized, I suppose someone could make a "priorities" list. I have mine set on themes instead right now.
WhiteWulfe
Don't remember how I found it, but their FAQ said something about cart items being cleared after three days, with the assumption that if you haven't checked out after three days it's assumed you don't plan on buying it. A lot of sites do this now, where they'll clear the cart after 48-72 hours of inactivity.

And what WAS the Isle of Lost Minis? I think if I had known about it I would have looked, just based on the title. To the store! I have a Wishlist to make and hints to drop!
Halberkill
Is it coming back, and if so when? Halber
redambrosia
As far as I know, the isle of lost minis was never a thing. Someone first mentioned it here when referencing the boneyard, which will not be making a comeback. I'd been all over the old site and never saw a catalog of minis that weren't being printed anymore (aside from the limited edition mini). I think it used to be in the old “resources” menu. It was at least five years old, though.
Brother Jim
Anybody else having difficulties getting to their shopping cart? When I try to go there I get {"statusCode":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"An internal server error occurred"}
alchemist
The Isle of Lost Minis was a section of Reaper's online store for minis that never went into general distribution. I don't think the minis were ever available anywhere else. They went away many years ago . I recall picking up a few of them back in the early 2000s.

Man, that sucks.

Sadly it's become too complicated for the size of their operation now. Which is also a good thing, as it means they're doing well as a company.

We had this thing *years ago* where we produced some sculpts that were decent, but not ready for general release. Just a lark, really. We called them the isle of lost minis. They haven't been a thing for a very long time. 16 hours ago, Brother Jim said: Anybody else having difficulties getting to their shopping cart? Needed to be updated. Now we're dealing with some growing pains, but this will settle down. For anyone keeping score, the IE issues were fixed. We have regular customers in AU and NZ able to get their free shipping option as well. Not doing VAT calc to the EU at large. We're delivering those Duties Unpaid. So there may be some VAT on delivery. 3 hours ago, redambrosia said: Sadly it's become too complicated for the size of their operation now. We're going to get more conversion kits on the pipe to help with your bits-oriented needs. 22 hours ago, WhiteWulfe said: Don't remember how I found it, but their FAQ said something about cart items being cleared after three days, with the assumption that if you haven't checked out after three days it's assumed you don't plan on buying it.
