Gailbraithe
The website has changed and the Figure Finder and Search seem to be completely broken. I can't find anything anymore. The Search function is especially terrible -- I searched for "giant winged" and the only result I got was "Giant Eagle." I was trying to find one particular model, a very human looking male devil with wings and a sword who is like twice as tall as a human. Can't recall his name, can't find him anywhere on the site. It's very frustrating. Is there any way to go back to the old site?
Dr Bob
I actually don't bother with the Figure Finder feature for much the same reason--it appears that the filters rely upon the listed characteristics of the figure, rather than a visual description, if that makes sense? I just search by an obvious feature--like "dwarf" or "devil" and then use the filter on one aspect. Was the one you were looking for Mephisto Arch-devil? CorallineAlgae
Gotta agree that the search results are very frustrating and often don't show the mini that I'm specifically looking to find, even with multiple search attempts. The Figure Finder almost never works for me. There's another odd issue in the store. If you go to New Releases and click on the Stone Giant Champion it doesn't go to the figure at all. It goes to another place that shows other Bones figures but does not show the Stone Giant Champion. If you search for "Stone Giant" she shows up, but one of the three new stone giants that was released this month, the Stone Giant Guard doesn't come up since it was misspelled as Gaint. Now a misspelling isn't a big issue. I do it all the time. But it's odd that if you click on a mini in the new minis listing it doesn't always go to the figure. Just makes adding some of the minis and paint you want a bit if a hassle. I did add the stone giant to my cart and ordered her, but it wasn't a smooth process. Guess there's always issues to shake out when you update to a new site.

Rignes
The figure finder is unwieldy at best. It's almost easier to list everything from A - Z and just scroll down scanning for what you are looking for. I think the problem is that there are no keywords associated with the figures. For instance, 44090 - Dark Elf Queen on Throne doesn't come up when you search "spider" even though the back of her throne is a HUGE spider. Or, if I search "Lovecraft" I only get two figures ( 03809 - Deep One High Priest and 02684 - Frog Demon) even though I know they have other things directly in the Lovcraftian mythos. Shockingly, the flagship figure for Lovecraft, 77194 - Cthulhu himself, only comes up if you specifically search for "Cthulhu". The problem with this is unless you know exactly what you are looking for by specific name then it's difficult to find. It's hard to search for generic things. Hopefully they will make it easier to search at some point. Making figures easy to find in the catalog can only improve sales. Highlander
Agree. It is probably the keywords. Or, more probably, the lack of keywords.
Cygnwulf
It seems like a lot of the tags didn't make the migration. I wonder if there is any way they could enlist some vetted volunteers to work on rebuilding the search tags?

They could give a list of keywords and then crowd source it to a handful of trusted community / forum members. If the work is spread out to a group of people it would get done pretty quickly.
Rignes
I sent a message to [email protected] and got a quick reply that they are going to work on adding the keywords.
Crissair
Hey all, Since they did the website changes/update a while back, I have noticed is that there is not nearly the amount of pics of painted minis when you got to the individual product. It’s always nice to see what your mini ‘could’ look like or inspiration for color schemes (my biggest weakness). What happened to all the gorgeous paint jobs?
