Yes, it's a guided search. The way we're hashing it out is faster and makes more sense programmatically from the top down. If I can figure out a quick way to do what you're asking, be sure that I will.

This seems like the sort of thing that The Internet has answers to :poke:

We can't add paints in the wishlist. BAH HUM BUG.

If you look up the paint individually by name or number you can add it to your wishlist, like here. It just doesn't work on the full paint section page where it lists all the paints. It isn't as user friendly as adding a mini to the wishlist, since you have to look up each paint you want to add, but it works. I have a few added to my wishlist.

The address you had for me hasn't been mine for 3 years, it's deleted, but I don't see a way to change it or add one in now that it's been deleted.

https://www.reapermini.com/account/addresses

You can take care of that in the account page. The way the old DB worked, we could never delete addresses because the orders also referenced them. We deactivated them from view and archived them, but if they were deleted, then orders would be orphaned. Sorry about that.

Of course there are solutions, but none are particularly fast when hashing through several thousand combinations going both directions when you want only accurate returns.

The paint page was one of the first things we created, before the wishlist. So it didn't have the hooks for it. We shall rectify that oversight soon.

Sad there was no warning, or I'd have written down my pending order.  The site no longer works in IE11, though, which I preferred.  In IE11 you can't add to the cart and the pictures no longer align properly.  Otherwise it looks good.  Guess I'm stuck with Firefox.

Email me.

And sadly, not even microsoft supports IE11 in any meaningful way.

I appreciate it, kit. My irritation was nothing against you, but this has become Reaper's MO to make changes that directly affect customers without any prior notification that it's happening and I'm genuinely just really tired of the poor communication. This would have been much smoother on everyone's part, especially for you, if an announcement would have been made on the front page/news section/all of Reaper's social media a few days prior to say that the changeover was happening soon (even if a specific date could not be given for whatever reason) and give customers at least very general expectations and instructions on what to do if something went awry. Instead, as usual, it was just done and an information thread had to be started by a customer.

Things go wrong sometimes and that's perfectly understandable, but this is just another instance in a long and continually growing list where Reaper should have communicated beforehand and didn't and that is very frustrating.

Agreed. I was under a time crunch to do with some business matters, and I had to move my release date up by a month. So, I've been stressed, and making a public announcement slipped my mind with everything else. My apologies.

No more Inspiration Gallery? No more painted examples on the individual mini pages? The few who have studio painted pictures, the artists aren't credited on all but one that I saw. I liked having painted figures to see as it helped me determine sometimes what things are on the minis. Many times I found a mini uninteresting until I saw a painted one and then bought one for myself.

Glad to hear we will be able to eventually see our past orders again. The wishlist is nice.

Glad to hear it, but I wasn't really concerned about it. I just wanted to point out that there was a way to add paints to our wishlists. Some people were having trouble figuring out how to add them. Can't tell you how thrilled I am to finally have a wishlist.

That said, I definitely agree with the others about the rollout. Not giving any warning was a misstep. Natural 1 fumble from team Reaper.  (>ლ) facepalm

We're doing something about the IG.

The artist attribution should be there. I'll have someone go back and work on correlating that data properly.

Only orders from the new site seem to be preserved, at least I can't see my orders from the old US site.

The old order DB is enormous and incompatible with the new system. So it's a non-trivial technical challenge to solve. Should be done in about a week. Other things to work on first.

Yeah, I was so tired and pulled so many directions at once -- international flight and jet lag , dealing with training, last minute code and migrations -- I had the public announcement on my list, but I didn't check it off. Totally on me. I apologize.

A warning would've been nice... Taking a screenshot of my existing cart would have saved me some trouble.

Now I'm struggling to find my measuring tape so I can re-measure what I needed in base sizes...

Are the previews and the notifications for when the minis go live going to come back?

Well, while the rollout could have been better, the new site looks pretty great. Great job so far, Kit.

With the mini/paint issue (searching for "dragon," say, and ending up with a lot of paint): You can still use the material selection on the side. Paint is neither metal nor Bones, so will disappear.

There's no option for resin. Not sure if that's worth fixing, given there are only 13 resin kits on the site, five of which are actually available. Eight show up as metal, four as plastic (all bases). The Dictator shows up as neither.

The new site looks great, but the mobile is a little confusing. The header is too long when you do a search, leading (at least in my case) the user to believe the site didn't register the search request. After fiddling, I figured out that you have to scroll down...but if it is still under construction, maybe make it jump to search results on a search on mobile?

and searching  54mm only finds the 2016 Christmas Sophie, and not the larger Finari or Trollslayer Sophie.

larger Finari doesn't come up under her name either, not sure if she was DC or not, but larger Trollslayer Sophie appears to come up (Sans pictures)
