The address you had for me hasn't been mine for 3 years, it's deleted, but I don't see a way to change it or add one in now that it's been deleted.

You can take care of that in the account page. The way the old DB worked, we could never delete addresses because the orders also referenced them. We deactivated them from view and archived them, but if they were deleted, then orders would be orphaned. Sorry about that.

<snip>

I still see no way to add an address, there's nothing there?

I see the little gray 'x' next to the address. I assume this deletes the old one. Not sure I want to try it unless there's a known way to add new addresses.

Besides, I don't change addresses until next month ::P:

I would assume, but couldn't confirm without doing so, that the way to add a new saved address is by placing an order. If you put something in your cart and then go to checkout, you will see either the option to select your saved address or to enter in a new one. I assume once the order processes, that would add the new address into your saved addresses.

The legacy order history will be available hopefully by the end of the week. email me if you can't get your store email to work.

Cool.  I reference my old orders quite a bit when they are a handy one click away.

As a retailer, I have some issues with the redesign, but it probably works better for regular customers this way.

So, does this redesign mean we are close to being able to order individual minis from multi-packs again? I don't even remember what it was called anymore (Boneyard? Isle of Lost Minis?), but I liked it.  Sometimes you just need 10 Badgers or 20 pairs of boots (if not both)...

The new site doesn't have an Inspirational Gallery anymore?

I can't find it.

Does this mean it's all gone?

And no more Craft section either?

I think those are coming back. But improved, perhaps not under the store umbrella, not using up the processing power of the server that sells stuff [?]

(Scroll back and look for replies from Kit.)

Gasp!

I lost all my old orders... NOT.

(I kept all the confirmation emails... )

Actually, there's 5 orders in my history already.

(I 'tested' the beta site a few times)

There's even a 'Save VAT Invoice' link for each order.

(It bombs out with 500 Internal error, but no worries.)

Even my wishlist transferred over without issues.

(Yes, tested that part, also)

For those who decide to try the wishlist; items on the list that you buy will not automatically be removed from the list.

(At least it didn't happen on the Beta site. And yeah, I can see the why of it. )

Not the new front page per-say, but I am getting a 'forum.reapermini.com refused to connect' error from anything on my home network and can only browse via the work VPN (which they haven't blocked yet apparently) or by dropping my phone off WiFi and using mobile data..

been that way for a couple of hours now.. :/

edit: well that was weird.. opening from email links was broken, was was typing in the site manually into the browser .. even with clearing cache, etc.  went to incognito mode and was able to load the main forum page.. so went through clobbering extensions, etc. for a while .. no dice.. then i had the idea to see if the front page was working for me (it is) and clicked the 'Forums' link from there .. and now new tabs are working, as are links from email notifications and web searches ... but the tabs I had open before are all dead (including clicked links from a couple of google searches that had forum responses I wanted to follow)..

Also at risk of adding to the task list.. Copying the link to a mini and pasting it into Facebook no longer works - when you click on it from Facebook from a desktop browser, it adds a 'fbclid' to the end of the url and the site returns a 500 error (and not a pretty one - raw json, it looks like - will add a picture when I'm back at the pc)..

Clicking through works on mobile though, it seems..

edit: Clicking on 'https://www.reapermini.com/miniatures/14417/latest/14417' from facebook  results in this

To be honest, I liked the old site better.

When I saw the EU site I didn't like it, I found it less friendly in terms of searching, so I was a bit disappointed to learn that the US site would get the same treatment.

I used to love to browse through the store on the site, often finding minis I wasn't aware of.

With this layout I probably won't anymore.

Sorry if that comes of as negative, I don't mean it that way.

It's just that I really found the older site more pleasant to look at and browse through.

There are probably good reasons to change it.

It won't stop me from getting Reaper's minis though.
